General Description
Are you looking for a rewarding career in the real estate industry with a passionate company culture?
Then, help our team to increase the number of people our real estate agents assist in buying/selling and leasing a property each year by facilitating the customer service process from beginning to end.
You are going to be involved in
*Processing a professional and friendly attitude while being able to quickly develop a report with customers over the phone
*Contacting clients by phone continuously throughout the day, 6 days/week, 9am to 6 pm, Thursday – half day
*You must be comfortable making 100+ outgoing calls each day
*Being comfortable to explain the real estate process and let the customer know why we believe our agent is the best for them in Abu Dhabi Real Estate market
*For existing clients discussing and documenting their experiences (i.e. what was done well and what needs improvement)
*For potential clients discussing and documenting why and what we can do to improve the process
*Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
*Multi-tasking skills
*Must possess excellent communication skills
*Team player and self-driven attitude
*Minimum 2-3 years experience in a corporate culture
*Prefer Bilingual (Arabic, English)
